The Company structure is purposefully set as a small business consultancy practise with Roland Gilbert as the key driver. It was formed in 2007, as a gap in the market place was perceived in the type of expert provision able to be provided coupled with client-based experience. The aim of the business is to grow in a controlled and sustainable manner so that that the core values are not compromised.

Whilst operating primarily in the construction and civil engineering sectors the Company is able to offer most of its services into other Industry Sectors. The procurement, business structuring, trade association and training services are cross- industry services and also the project management, cost management and collaborative working services are easily adaptable and beneficial to other industries also.
