Citygate Church New Church & Conference Centre Project, Bournemouth
This exciting church project is the development of a 2148m2 church centre containing a 750 seater auditorium, conference rooms and cafe, which can be used by both the church and the wider community.
It is also part of a 2-acre site and mixed-use scheme incorporating a 589-bed student accommodation facility. It is located in the centre of Bournemouth and is targeted for completion for Summer 2012.
New Way's commission covers Employers Agent for the Church in respect to the Developers Shell and also the Project Management and Cost Management of the extensive Fitout works for the Church Centre.

New Way are working with CWC to provide technical support for creating a new regional procurement toolkit for their 14 members in the Highways maintenance sector.

New Way are working with CWC to provide technical support for creating a new regional procurement framework for medium sized projects for their 7 members in the Highways maintenance sector.

Another interesting church project is the development of a 1800m2 church centre containing a 600 seater auditorium, community rooms and cafe, which can be used by both the church and the wider community. It is the refurbishment and extension of an existing building on a town centre site next to an industrial estate located cose to the centre of Canterbury and is targeted for completion for 2013. New Way's commission covers Employers Agent for the Church invloving site acquisition and planning and also the Project Management and Cost Management of the extensive construction works for the Church Centre.
