With the current rapid changes in the general business environment, many businesses are facing the need to change and adapt to new operating environments. This is especially true of small to medium enterprises that are starting to grow and that don't have time to take stock. However, it can apply also to larger businesses that need to adapt their structures, especially in the current economic conditions.

The New Way team have experience in helping small to medium businesses to do this through supply chain development but also have experience, in larger businesses, of the need to keep constantly evolving.

In March 2009 New Way joined the UWE Business School framework as an Associate Consultant to support them in their external consultancy services and in November we also joined the Business Link - South West consultants panel to assist businesses in their management consultancy needs identified by the Business Link team.
