Our Services - Client's Agent and Project Management

New Way seeks to provide an adaptive role in this area, relating to the client's particular needs. This can range from, at one end of the spectrum, an inexperienced client requiring a closer Agent's role, handholding him through the sometimes confusing construction process, to the other end which may involve supporting experienced clients in the regular delivery and standards control of projects that they build on a continuous basis.

In whatever capacity, our objective is to release the client to focus on his business and to leave him only key client decision making issues, rather than get caught up in the detail of the project. New Way's team have extensive experience in all these areas with a number of clients over the past 24 years.

Client's Agent

  • Understanding and quantifying the client's objectives/developing the brief.
  • Setting the delivery strategy for the project.
  • Setting up the procurement strategy.
  • Working with external parties like Developers and Planners.
  • Appointing and managing the Design and Construction Team.
  • Acting on behalf of the client for technical and cost discussions.
  • Handover management, including client team migration/occupation into the new facility.

Project Management

This can involve some of the Client's Agent elements and:

  • Planning and managing the various consultants and suppliers.
  • Creating the team.
  • Feedback and monitoring to the client.
  • Managing projects to time/cost and quality.
  • Fitting Out Works management.
  • Successful completion and handover of the project to the client.
