Seminar/ Workshops - in general

A series of interactive seminars and workshops have been developed, designed especially for SME’s but suited for other businesses also, to understand how to effectively engage with the Public procurement arena.

These are delivered by procurement professionals who have extensive experience of developing tender procurements for various Public Sector clients and also of tendering to these types of clients within an SME environment.

The events are geared around a half-day format to enable a limited time impact on your business and priced in an affordable way for SME’s.  Refreshments are proved throughout the sessions and the Introduction and Start Up events are run on the same day which enables you to book on one or both to suit your needs, where the whole day is booked a lunch will be provided.

The format of the events will be primarily a presentation, in order to cover the material required, but examples are given and an interactive approach is welcomed throughout the time to ensure you fully understand the process, how you can link to it more ef fectively and so improve your chances of success.

This seminar will develop from the premise that the decision to start Public Sector tendering has been made, now you need help to formulate your strategy and develop the key steps in the process.
