This exciting church project, located in the centre of Bournemouth, was the development of a 22,000 square foot church centre used by both the church and the wider community. It is also part of a 2-acre site and mixed-use scheme incorporating a 590-bed student accommodation facility, taking five years to complete.

  • 750-seater Auditorium (8,300 sq ft) with stage and commercial sound & lighting system, adaptable for church meetings, conferences, plays, concerts and exhibitions with large door access.

  • Welcome area (3,000 sq ft) including a foyer, cafe and commercial kitchen.

  • Conference Suite/Activity rooms (7,700 sq ft) consisting of 7 rooms, with room capacity from 15 - 200 people. All fully adaptable for multi-use with secure access, commercial finishes and fully IT & AV fitted.

  • Office & visitor space (3,000 sq ft) with separate access and reception, 5 office areas, 3 meeting rooms and a 20-person visitor welcome space, all finished to commercial standards.

  • Research & assistance in selection of design team, contractors and negotiation with planners & landlord on design features.
