When you enter your personal information on our contact form we collect the personal information you give us, specifically your name and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our business updates, new services and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information on the contact form, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

 

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. 

 

SECTION 4 - WIX

 

Our website is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to market our services to you. 

 

Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage and databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

 

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.  

 

In particular, we use Xero for accounting purposes, Paget Reid York for annual accounts production, Crashplan for data backups, Vikatec for email hosting and Mailchimp for contacting through email marketing given the consent to do so from the individual.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

We also use an app on Wix called Cookie Alert to make you aware that cookies are used on the site and to give your consent for them to be used. Unfortunately, Wix has not yet created a version in which you can choose which can be turned on and off so please check the above table and if you are not happy with any of the above cookies please do not use the website and/or delete the cookies as appropriate. As soon as this option is implemented we will look to provide it.
